The Fool and the World

What is the purpose, is it my purpose or your purpose?

These artworks are inspired by Tarot, a set of 78 cards with pictures on them, that represent different parts of life and that are believed to give answers to our questions and advice for our problems. The first card of the major arcana is The Fool, representing a permanent beginning while the last one is The World, an infinite epilog.

This project explores the hero’s journey through life, as the hero is made by the decision to accept and bravely face the challenges of life.

All of us at one point ask ourselves: is this what I truly want or am I fulfilling someone else’s dream? Will this make me happy or will it turn out to be just another disappointment? Why does it have to be this hard?

We all enter the world as fools, in search of meaning and purpose, do you dare to dream the impossible dream and accept the adventure as a redeemer, beyond happiness and security?
